Step 1

Please fill out and submit the following form. In addition, you will need to pay the membership fee of $160 + HST. All taxes are included in the price.

Your credit card information goes directly to our third party credit card processing company, Stripe. This information never goes through our web servers. Stripe is a global online payment processor trusted by thousands of online businesses. 

Step 2

Finalizing Your Membership

Once we have received your membership payment, we will proceed with finalizing your membership account.

  • For new customers: You will receive a confirmation (invitation) email to reset your account password, set up your credit card information in the booking system, and complete the account setup.

  • For existing customers: We will update your existing account to reflect the membership rate. Once the update is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. After that, you can continue to log in to your account as usual, and your booking rate will automatically be updated to the membership rate.

After receiving your confirmation email, you can visit vlovegolf.ca to book our indoor golf sessions at the membership rate!

Membership Booking Terms & Conditions

  • No simultaneous bookings of multiple bays at the same time

  • Membership is non-transferable

  • The account holder must be present for the entire duration of the booking

  • Guests are only permitted when accompanied by the member

  • Maximum of 4 players per bay
