Step 3 Confirmation Emails

Once we receive your request, our team will finalize your booking and send you a confirmation email. After confirmation, you’ll receive a key link and booking details in your inbox.

 

Please note, all bookings made with an eGift Card must be processed manually by our staff, as eGift Card codes cannot be directly used in our booking system.

eGift Card Guidelines & Conditions

  • Book up to 2 weeks in advance.

  • eGift Cards have no expiry date or date restrictions.

  • The entire gift card value must be redeemed in a single booking

  • Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your booking.

  • eGift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • No refunds for unused time.

  • eGift Cards will be emailed directly to the customer.

  • When you purchase an eGift Card online, either you or the recipient will receive an email containing the eGift Card.​
